Processing is carried out by automated means.
Where technically feasible, you may request that your personal data be transferred directly from one controller to another.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.
8. Automated Individual Decision-Making, Including Profiling

This does not apply where the decision:
Is necessary for entering into or performing a contract between you and the data controller.
Is authorised by EU or Member State law applicable to the data controller, provided that the law includes appropriate measures to safeguard your rights, freedoms and legitimate interests.

Such decisions must not be based on special categories of personal data under Article 9(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), unless Article 9(2)(a) or (g) GDPR applies and appropriate measures are in place to protect your rights, freedoms and legitimate interests.
In cases (1) and (3), the data controller must implement appropriate safeguards to protect your rights, freedoms and legitimate interests.
These safeguards must include, at a minimum, your right to:
Obtain human intervention from the data controller.
Express your point of view.
